Frequently asked questions

The Beginner program is an entry-level class designed for people new to boxing therapy and movement training. You’ll work through warm-ups, basic boxing drills, footwork, strength & balance exercises, and cool-downs — all tailored to your ability level.

No. The Beginner class is built for those who are new to boxing, fitness, or rehabilitation work. We adapt each exercise to suit your capabilities and progress gradually.

We recommend attending 2 to 3 times per week to build consistency and see progress. However, we’ll help you set a pace that fits your schedule and current fitness level.

Each beginner session is approximately 50 minutes (time may vary slightly depending on group size and structure).

You should bring:

  • Comfortable, breathable workout clothes

  • Supportive athletic shoes (non-slip)

  • Water bottle

  • Towel

  • Any braces or supports you typically use

Yes. Our program is specifically designed with neurological and movement conditions in mind. The exercises emphasize neuroplasticity, balance, coordination, and strength—but always with safety and responsiveness to individual needs.

Support Persons are strongly encouraged to accompany you to all classes.

You can reschedule (if space permits). We’ll provide make-up options or tips for home practice to help you stay on track. Please email to support@faziospdfighters.com
